What are my delivery options?

ALL mainland UK addresses qualify for free economy delivery. This will be an economy service taking 2-3 working days and will be normally be sent by the "Royal Mail 48" service depending on weight. Our other delivery services and charges are listed in the table below. Please select the option that is best for you at the checkout page.

The UK options are:

• FREE Royal Mail 48, 1-2 full working days after dispatch.
• Royal Mail 24, 1 full working day.
• Royal Mail 24 signed for, 1 full working day, recorded delivery.
• Special Delivery 1pm, next day guaranteed signed for by 1pm (must be ordered by 2pm, doesn't include saturdays)

Items are dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm, this includes special delivery.
The only day that we are closed is Saturday, although open on a Sunday for customer service and order processing, there is no Royal Mail pick up. Any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday would be dispatched Monday morning.

INTERNATIONAL

All international parcels are sent by the "Airmail Priority" service by Royal Mail. The speed of this service very much depends on where you are in the world, how good your local delivery services are and how strict and speedy customs are at clearing parcels. There is a 2kg limit on international parcels. NO international parcels sent are tracked, if you require a tracked and signed for service, please ask for a quote, note this is not available to all countries.

CUSTOMS

All international parcels outside of the EU are sent with a customs declaration form. Customs charges may be applicable for your product in your country. We are not responsible for these charges and you may need to pay your import tax or duty in your country on delivery. These vary widely across the world and we are not aware nor responsible for them. If an item is refused because of any charges, we will refund if the item is returned here minus all incurred costs. We charge UK VAT on all purchases, you may be able to claim this back in your country, we cannot advise nor send items UK VAT free.

Our Current Delivery Costs

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us within 14 days. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. Please contact us to discuss the options.

Payments must be made within 7 days of a completed winning bid or "buy it now", sale. Please remember that when you bid, you are entering into a contract to buy.
