4. If you want a different item, the item you want is sold under a different product code, or the item you want is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

5.  All goods will be inspected on return.

6.  Returned items should be in New Condition, Unworn, with Tags and Packed.

7.  Any items with Stains, Smell and Damage shall not be returned.

8.  The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!

9.  We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

10. In case you have lost the original packing of the dress/item, you may wrap the dress in a New and Clean Plastic Bag to return without any damage.

11. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you, without and refund.
