UPDATE: Some racers at conventions informed us of a very bad seller from TN who's handing out free batteries to contestants at races.  He does this to try to monopolize the conventions by bumping off all other sellers batteries from competing.  It's dirty evil sportsmanship. This is why he claims his batteries win. They sure will if the only ones on the track came from him right?  We still managed to sneak one in this year and take second place.  Don't let white-trash like like that try to take over. It's your right to use whatever you buy. Don't get manipulated by a freebee just to boost his sales.

We support the buyer 110% and work diligently with buyers if ever an issue.  All we ask is that the buyer gives us a chance to resolve and make good before leaving us feedback. Ebays policy also explains this.  We ask all buyers to remain professional if any shipping delays occur as sometimes the system can be slow.
