All larger items such as bodypanels etc will be delivered by Interlink or APC which is a next day courier service, however due to the fragility of some of these items please appreciate we may take a day or so to package these items correctly to minimise the chance of damages. All items will be delivered within the estimated time given on the ebay listing however in the rare occasion thats this is not possible we will contact you ASAP and lt you decide how you would like to proceed.
We ship many parcels each day all around the world from the smallest land rover badge to the biggest body panel. All smaller items will be sent by Royal mail airmail and larger items by coruriers such as UPS and Fedex who we are account holders with. Delivery times for international orders range between 4-10 days
All delivery times are estimates to give you a general idea however we enjoy a sucess rate of 99% of our items reaching customers before the estimated time scales!
1)We offer a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. If the item is not required, please send the item back for a full refund in its original condition, unused with its original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs for the return.
2) For items which are faulty on receipt, please notify us within 30 days by e-mail through Ebay only. We will refund the return postage costs for sending the items back to us if the item is confirmed as faulty. We recomend using a proof of delivery service for your own benefit.
3) In the unlikely event that a wrong item is received, please return the item to us within 7 days of receipt and we will send the correct item free of charge and all return costs will be covered.
In the unlikely event an item is recieved damaged, we must be informed by 12 Noon the following day after delivery to fulfil courier requirements for a claim. For more specific information relating to our refund policy please refer to the "RETURNS POLICY" at the bottom of this ebay listing.
