This is a BRAND NEW Zelda Musou Hyrule Warriors Legends All Stars 3DS Game!  Totally brand new.  It is new and sealed!  It came out of the collector's treasure box editions and includes the little paper along with it (codes have not been used, though I'm not sure if they have expired or not).  The out plastic seal may have a little cut in the outer plastic wrap by the opening tab (the way they came out of the new and sealed collector's treasure box editions). 

THIS IS A JAPANESE NTSC-J FORMAT GAME!  IT WILL ONLY WORK ON A JAPANESE 3DS SYSTEM!
