FQA1: The adapter doesn't work, monitor doesn't have picture, or Blinding/black screen.

Please lower the resolution of both device (output and input devices) than 1960x1280 dpi or less and try. Since the DVI and HDMI is supporting different resolution, DVI maximum is 1960x1280 dpi, HDMI is much higher. Here the link for your reference. FQA2: I lower the resolution, and device doesn't work either.

Please enable the DVI port, some device like PC, mainboard or display card  disabled DVI port as defualt?

If your device is blue ray player, Xbox or Game box, please make sure HDCP enabled.
