Thick is best for surfaces that are porous or rough. The viscosity rating is 4000cps, which is thicker than regular (clear) thick CA. It dries relatively slowly and will reach it's full strength (full cure) in 24 hours. Rubber-toughened CA is not meant for long-term storage and should be used quickly. Supplied in a pin-cap bottle, which helps prevents clogs and provides a tight seal.  All of the CA-Plus Adhesives CA glues are manufactured using a "triple-distilled" process for the highest possible quality and are "mil-spec" - originally offered for industrial use, these products are now available for the hobby market.
