We advise that you dont wear your Ball studs during  showering,bathing or in bed.

Products such as shampoo,soap,make-up,hairspray,perfume or acidic skin when in contact with the nose ring can speed up the oxidization.

If  you get a cotton cloth and rub the nose ring it will buff up back to shiny sterling silver.A silver polishing cloth is a good way to keep your sterling silver in top condition.
