Note. contains no beads or crystal rhinestones in it , which makes it food safe.

Bespoke orders

Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund or an exchange on handmade to order and or bespoke pieces. Wedding pieces  and Sugar decorations are classified as bespoke due to colour changes.
Where items are custom made to your requested specifications beyond the options available directly on crystal wedding they will become classified as ‘Bespoke items’ & will be exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations and no refund or exchange will be available

Please ensure you order the correct colours / size / lengths (where applicable) at the time of your order as no liability will be held Crystal wedding for incorrect items being made and dispatched in relation to personal preferences & selections made at the point of ordering/ checkout.

If you have any special instructions for example a different size, colour match or important deadlines (Wedding date & Hair trials) please add these to the Special Instructions add message to seller section box on the payment page before you confirm  and pay for your order if message is not left in this box we will not be liable for any mistakes to your order, even if you have emailed us your requests previously.

We do strongly advise if you are intending on purchasing more them one of these items, to  purchase  all items in one complete order as  colour and size batch numbers for roses, crystals, butterfly and wires can vary in shade, texture and size between batches
If items are not ordered at the same time on the same order  we cannot guarantee a perfect match. and  Crystal wedding will not be held responsible for subsequent items not matching the previous items ordered  and no refund or exchanges will be offered do to non matching items ordered seperately

**IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION**
Anyorders with a 20-30  dispatch time that are placed after the 19th november will be dispatched  to you within the second week of january.
As the stated 20-30 workingdays  dipspatch time falls during the christmas holiday period, and as there are so many more posting with all delivery companies during this period. we will dispatch the order to you in January.
We hate the though of your handmade items being stuck in some sorting and possibly getting delayed, lost or damaged over the holiday period.
 
If this januray delivery is going to be a problem  for you please advise before yor purchase.

This items is hand /custom made to order - so please  purchase a sample  of the products used for eg: roses and ribbons, crystals,fondant etc... if you wish to check the quality of the items before purchasing this bespoke piece as refunds ro exchanges are not possible
