SIZES
PLEASE TAKE NOTE of the description, dimensions and additional photos provided in each item listing. It is not my intention to deceive so I always provide an honest, accurate and detailed description and additional size comparison photos. Please be aware that small items can appear larger when using close up photography.
PRESENTATION
All jewellery items will be presented in a gift bag unless otherwise specified in the individual listing. If you prefer a gift box, you may add this to your order for an additional fee which will also cover the extra cost of posting. Please ask for an invoice stating any additional requirements BEFORE making payment.
PROBLEMS
Feedback will be left AFTER buyer leaves theirs so that I know items have been received safely and in a satisfactory condition. If for any reason you are in any way unhappy with the service or the product, please email me rather than leave negative/neutral feedback or low star ratings. I will always respond and I will endeavour to rectify the problem.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, you may return the packet for a refund. If the item is faulty in any way, a full refund (including postage) will be processed on receipt of returned goods. If you are returning the item because you have changed your mind, your refund will be processed minus postage fee. In the past, I have received a number of returns from buyers who have not read the sizes provided in the description and have therefore expected to receive much larger pieces of jewellery. I ask that you PLEASE check the size of each item in the description before committing to buy.
