PROOF OF PURCHASE  AND DESCRIPTION OF FAULT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO SENDING BACK, 'FAULTY' WOULD NOT BE ACCEPTABLE.

Any item suspected "Faulty" you will need to send a copy of our vat receipt we send with the goods originally.

WARRANTY is standard 12 months with standard useage within supplier specification.

We take all serial numbers prior to shipment.
