Dear Bargain Babes buyer, we have been active on eBay for more than 10 years and we appreciate your business. We are not a retail shop, we are a family of sisters that live on different continents and we are always looking to list new and used items at good value for money.

Guaranteed Listing

All of our items are 100% as listed, described and pictured. We use actual photos of the items for sale not stock photos. We endeavour to provide accurate listing details so please read our listings fully before buying or bidding.  We will not cancel your purchase if you didn’t read the listing properly or if you change your mind.

Payment

Payment is required within 5 days or your order may be cancelled. This may be extended if you contact us as soon as possible with a valid reason.

We prefer Paypal but also accept direct deposit. The bank details will be provided on checkout. If using direct deposit, please use your eBay user name as the reference for ease of tracking and email us with the details.

Shipping/ Postage

We DO NOT charge a handling fee. the postage rates are what it costs us. We usually post within 1 working day but always within 2 working days. Please remember that Australia post changed its rules on 1 Jan 2016. This means that unless you pay for priority post all items now take 2-3 days longer than before to reach its destination.

Destination – delivery times

Australia – 4-8 working days

International – 7-28 working days

If you haven’t received your item within 15 working days (within Australia) , as the seller we can lodge a missing item with AusPost.  If your item arrives and damaged during transit, please email us a photo and return the item to us so we can investigate.

We post mornings about 9am and evenings about 6pm - 7 days a week. If you receive a parcel sent message from eBay, please check the time of receival as your parcel will be posted on the next mail run. International parcels can only be shipped on weekdays during business hours (Monday – Friday)

Combined Postage

If you would like combined postage discounts or would like to pay for multiple items with a single payment, please do not pay until we send you an invoice for combined postage.

Used items

These listings will be as accurate as possible. We will try and show any defects in the photos. We often sell on behalf of other people so we put as much information as we have available in the listings.
