Returns
- We offer a 14 day return policy. Buyer pays for the return shipping cost.
- Returns must be in 100% brand new unopened condition.
- RMA # is REQUIRED for all returns! Please contact us for RMA # prior to shipping back the product. All packages without proper RMA # will be refused and sent back to the buyer.
- Original Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
- In any unlikely event that you received a faulty / wrong item. Please contact us ASAP (within 3 days of receipt). Otherwise "damaged" or "wrong" item returns will not be accepted.
