Wiring Instructions:
Power supply side: "+" is positive, "-" is negative, it can also be powered with DC power cable directly. (when plugged in the power cord, switch to the right)
Outputs: using dual relay output, output interface with graphics label: the middle is common terminal, graphical connection is normally closed and the other end is normally open.
Boot Process:
Connect the power supply and equipment, power to the controller (5-24V power supply)
The controller automatically reads parameters stored
Display preset humidity value A, Red CH-A flashing 3 times (LED1).
Display preset temperature value B, Blue CH-B flashing 3 times (LED2).
Display working mode, Yellow MODE flashing 3 times (LED3).
Display the measured temperature and humidity
Temperature and humidity Take turns to show:
1: temperature display XX.XC, LED1 on, other off;
2: humidity display XX.XH, LED2 on, other off.
Parameter Setting:
Press the SET button, Red LED1 starts flashing, the display shows setting humidity A, press "T++" "T--" to set the desired humidity A. Display template xx.xH
Press the SET button again, Red LED1 starts flashing, the display shows setting humidity A return difference value, pree "T++" "T--" to set humidity return difference value. Display template H x.x
Humidity setting is completed, wait 3S or press SET again to enter temperature setting.
Press the SET button, Green LED2 starts flashing, the display shows setting temperature B, press "T++" "T--" to set the desired temperature B. Display template xx.xC
Press the SET button again, Green LED2 starts flashing, the display shows setting temperature B return difference value, press "T++" "T--" to set temperature return difference value. Display template L x.x
Temperature setting is complete, wait 3S or press SET again to enter the working mode setting.
Press the SET button, Yellow LED3 starts flashing, the display shows setting working mode, press "T++" "T--" to set the operating mode.
Mode 1: Heating / Humidification
Mode 2: Heating / Dehumidification
Mode 3: Cooling / Humidification
Mode 4: Cooling / Dehumidification
Display template PP x. All parameters are saved automatically.
Press the SET again to exit the setting, LED all off, shows the actual measurement of temperature and humidity, then the system automatically saves parameter settings, work has begun to enter the corresponding mode.
Special Note: After press "SET", "T++", "T--" key, if no other keystrokes action within 4s, the system will automatically save the current parameter settings, and then shows the measured temperature and enter the working mode. Long press the button, The key value automatically increase.
Working Mode Description
Mode 1: Heating / Humidification
When the actual temperature is below the set temperature A, relay A is closed and accompanying indicator LED A light on. When the actual temperature > set temperature A + temperature A return temperature difference value, the relay A disconnected, LED A off.
When the actual humidity is below the set humidity B, Relay B is closed and accompanying indicator LED B light on. When the actual humidity > set humidity B + humidity B return temperature difference value, the relay B disconnected, LED B off.
Mode 2: Heating / Dehumidification
When the actual temperature is below the set temperature A, relay A is closed and accompanying indicator LED A light on. When the actual temperature > set temperature A + temperature A return temperature difference value, the relay A disconnected, LED A off.
When the actual humidity is higher than the set humidity B, Relay B is closed and accompanying indicatator LED B light on. When the actual humidity < set humidity B - humidity B return temperature difference value, the relay B disconnected, LED B off.
Mode 3: Cooling / Humidification
When the DS1 temperature is higher than the set temperature A, relay A is closed and accompanying indicator LED A light on. When DS1 temperature < set temperature A - temperature A return temperature difference value, relay A disconnected, LED A off.
When the actual humidity is below the set humidity B, Relay B is closed and accompanying indicatator LED B light on. When the actual humidity > set humidity B + humidity B return temperature difference value, the relay B disconnected, LED B off.
Mode 4: Cooling / Dehumidification
When the DS1 temperature is higher than the set temperature A, relay A is closed and accompanying indicator LED A light on. When DS1 temperature < set temperature A- temperature A return temperature difference value, relay A disconnected, LED A off.
When the humidity is higher than the set humidity B, Relay B is closed and accompanying indicatator LED B light on. When the actual humidity < set humidity B - humidity B return temperature difference value, the relay B disconnected, LED B off.
