About delivery

1.UK buyers: We sent the item by Royal Mail ，Yodel or DPD, which usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive. We can not send to the islands.


2. International buyers:  your order will be sent by bPost International Parcels service delivery, or DPD international service,  which usually takes 4-10 business days to arrive. We can not send to the Overseas Territories.

2.Sometimes, parcels may be delayed by the postal system, local security and customs procedures or adverse weather, if you did not get your item in time, please be free to contact us, we'll find out why and what to do.

3.We do NOT dispatch items during holidays and weekends.

1. The buyer should make sure the item is the correct wanted product before the purchase, as once the shipment is finished, it is hard to stop the parcels or make any changes, and in this case, any return cost will be the buyer's charges, and the first shipping cost will not be returned.

If the return is caused due to the personnal reason, such like didn't like it, the quality/type is not as expect, act, the return charges will be paid by the customers, the goods need to be returned by a postal system, there is NO COLLECTION SERVICE for return goods.
