Our parts are professionally removed by hand and stored in our large warehouse undercover, as well as a vast selection of new genuine parts. With a plethora of parts available on the shelf, we should have the part you require.

If you do not see the part you are after in our eBay Store, there is a chance we may have it on the shelf in our 6000 sq ft warehouse.

Credit or Debit card payments:-
We accept payments via most major credit & debit cards over the telephone. We will only post out to the card holders registered address.

Paypal:-
We accept PayPal payments, we will only post out to the card holders verified address.

Bank transfers:-
We accept a direct cash deposit or bank transfer as a payment option. We can post out to any address if you are using this payment option. Please email us or call us with your order details, delivery address and an indication of how payment will be made and when we should expect it.

Cheques / Bankers draft Payments:-
Unfortunately due to long processing times and fraud we no longer accept cheques or bankers draft as a payment method.

Unless otherwise stated on the item description, we always endeavour to dispatch UK orders the same working day on a next working day delivery service, if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday. However any goods ordered after 2pm on Fridays or over the weekend will not be dispatched until Monday.

Deliveries will only be sent to the credit/debit cards registered address. A signature is required for most items. Alternatively please check for cards left by couriers. A signature for registered items at the delivery address accepts the goods into your care, and confirms that they have been received complete and undamaged. Therefore you should always refuse damaged, leaking or incomplete parcels. Refunds can only be given on goods with manufacturing faults and when we have been notified within a reasonable time of receipt - so please inspect your goods immediately. All damaged goods must be returned before a replacement or refund can be given. In the unlikely event that goods are lost in transit, they cannot be classified as missing until after 7 days.

In the event of any instruction given by you to the courier i.e. (leave behind house / leave with neighbour etc) are done so at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible.

Small items & items under 2Kg's are usually sent via Royal Mail to UK Mainland address's. Anything over 2Kg's will be sent via one of our local couriers (either UKMail, or CFT Pallet Services). Although our couriers specify delivery can be within 24 hours, we advise to allow upto 72 hours. If the item is needed urgently, contact us and we can quote on an express delivery service for your order (if not already in the listing). Please note a next working day delivery however, cannot be an absolute guarantee of service. It represents the standard we aspire to achieve on goods marked as such. We will not pay compensation or refund postage should your delivery arrive late. (Feedback on delivery times is always welcome to help us refine our service even more).

Tracking details can be provided for most items. Please be aware that once an item is dispatched from our warehouse, it is beyond our control, as we rely on third party courier services to get your goods to you on time. Due to this we cannot guarantee delivery times, regardless of what delivery option is used.

IMPORTANT: Please check the item for any damage before signing as you are signing to receive the goods in perfect condition. If the item is damaged refuse to accept the item. Best of Rover Spares LTD cannot be held responsible for any damage discovered after the item has been signed for. Please make sure you are available for delivery as this applies to any signature received.

1. Acceptance of your order:-
We must receive payment of the price of the products and the delivery charges before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order. Our acceptance of your order takes place upon delivery of the products. Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us.

All orders are subject to availability. If the product ordered is unavailable then we will notify you ASAP where you will have the option of waiting for stock, choosing an alternative or a full refund.

2. Prices:-
Our prices are set out on our website in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of United Kingdom-rated VAT where applicable. Prices remain in force until we publish new prices on our website. Delivery charges may apply and are displayed during the order process. Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as being cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will refund any money that we have taken from you.

3. Content:-
We have taken reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the content on our website, however, in accordance with the applicable laws; we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the material on our site and listings.

5. Validity:-
If any of these Terms and Conditions are not eligible it shall not affect the eligibility of the rest of these Terms and Conditions.

6. No Variation or Representation:-
Nothing said by our sales staff shall amount to any variation of these terms & conditions or representation about the nature or quality of our products.

7. Third Party Rights:-
We may transfer our rights under the contract, but otherwise nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall give any person who is not a party to the contract any benefit or any right to enforce any of the terms of the contract.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction:-
Your order and the formation of the contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. The English Courts shall have jurisdiction to hear disputes between us.

Warranty:-
All items are sold with a minimum 30 day return to base warranty unless otherwise specified in our listings. This is for manufacturing faults only and does not include damage caused by the user, misuse or wear and tear. This does not exclude your statutory rights.

Returns:-
You are always responsible for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods. Postage will only be refunded if the goods are proven to have a manufacturing fault in which case we will need your postage receipt in order to issue this. Upon contact with us, returns should be sent to the address below. We will not refund any costs incurred by you for fitment of the item, unless stated otherwise.
