If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods you have the right to return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the value of the goods. Please use eBay?s returns function to start the returns process.
If you return goods for any reason other than the delivery of incorrect, faulty or damaged goods, we are unable to refund postage paid on the order or cover the cost of returning goods.
Products being returned must be sealed and in saleable condition. For hygienic purposes we are unable to return goods which are sold unwrapped e.g. foil platters, foil containers, plastic platters etc.
We do our utmost to ensure that your goods are packed well and arrive intact.
Should you have received a broken item, please report immediately to enable us to issue a refund or send replacements of the item(s) in question. (Photographic evidence may be required)
