Shipping
We ship from Ukraine to EU, USA, Canada, Australia and other countries. We are responsible for all duties, customs fees and taxes.
Delivery takes from 9 to 18 days on average, depending on the region of your residence.
Shipping Types:
1. Standard Shipping (9-18 business days) - by Ukrainian state mail.
2. Standard + (5-7 business days) - only for USA territory, your package will sent to you by US Postal (USPS), you will get your tracking number within 3-4 days.
3. Express shipping by courier (3-4 days) - by transport company "Aramex", directly to the buyer. Express shipping should be extra paid. Please contact us before purchase to confirm the shipping details. When you placing this type of delivery, please, specify beforehand your phone number!
The seller is responsible for the parcel only on the territory of Ukraine. Once the parcel gets to the territory of the country of the buyer, the postal service of this country is responsible for the buyer's parcel. Please, contact your post office on all matters of availability, locomotion and the date of receipt directly.
Shipping insurance is not offered.
In rare cases shipping time can be changed by fault of the postal service. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot take the responsibility for the postal delays, lost or damaged items.
Refunds and Exchanges
You can return the item within 14 days, if you are not satisfied with it. But just in case, if the product has not been used and it is in good condition. The buyer returns the order, we receive it and when we convince that the product is in good condition, we make refund to the buyer. Return postage costs are never refunded.
