ERC ships worldwide and uses all common carriers including USPS, DHL, FEDEX, UPS and truck freight.

Every effort is made to note any missing hardware / manuals / inserts from NIB and NEW products, however, in most cases it is not known what was originally included. Unless a product is noted as Factory Sealed (FS) it may be missing something. If you have any doubt, please ask questions about hardware / manuals / inserts ahead of purchase.

GUARANTEE ON PARTS, TOOLING AND ACCESSORIES

Our product guarantee enables our customers to return an item for a full refund of the item purchase price.  Let us know if item was not accurately described and represented or if the wrong item was shipped.  Returns must be made within 30 days.

GUARANTEE ON MACHINERY

If any machine guaranteed by us does not prove satisfactory as represented, the purchaser may return if freight prepaid upon written notification within 30 days from date of receipt.  This 30 day return policy applies only to product failure OR product returned unused with all packaging and inserts as it was received from Equipment Resource Connection.

We will refund the purchase price in full within 10 days of receipt of the equipment in our facility. This does not apply to machines sold “as is” or “subject to inspection.”

We regret that we cannot warranty equipment shipped to locations other than the continental USA.
