All items sold by Magic and More are new and in original packaging with instructions unless otherwise noted.

Every effort is made to describe items as carefully and accurately as possible. Product packaging, color, etc. may differ from the pictures.

Magic and More only accepts payments through PayPal

Magic and More is a 100% smoke free facility.

Shipping Information: Magic and More usually ships orders within two business days (Monday – Noon Friday) of receiving your PayPal payment and in most cases within 24 hours. Orders received Friday afternoon will ship on the following Monday.

Magic and More ships via the United States Postal Service. We have found the USPS to be cost effective, reliable and speedy. Many listings offer you the option of standard First Class Mail or Priority Mail. First class mail is less expensive with delivery within 2-7 days depending on your location. Priority mail costs more but guarantees delivery in 2-3 days to most addresses in the continental USA (48 States). Some listings will only offer Priority Mail Service as that is the most cost effective service.

Shipping costs are determined by weight.

We only ship to confirmed eBay and PayPal addresses. Please be sure you have the correct address listed with eBay and PayPal at time of payment.  

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS/BIDDERS:

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BUYING

International Shipments will be sent by USPS International First Class Mail. To give you the best possible price for shipping to your country we use the eBay shipping calculator to get the postal charge.  There will be a small handling fee built into the shipping charge.

Buy at your own risk. There is NO TRACKING with First Class International Mail.  If you would like your package to have a tracking number, contact us for a price quote.  The buyer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage during shipping.

International shipping transit times are UNPREDICTABLE regardless of what the USPS states or the transit time it has taken your package to arrive. Packages can get held in customs. We have seen packages take anywhere from 6 days, weeks or even months to arrive. Some packages have taken up to 2 months (8 weeks) but eventually get to their destination.

It is highly recommended that you insure your package for your own protection against loss.

Additional fees such as Import Duties, Taxes or other associated charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional charges will be prior to bidding or buying any item. Each country’s customs service may randomly inspect parcels which can cause a delay in delivery.

RETURN POLICY*- Magic: We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of magic and the secrets involved with magic tricks or DVD’s, (you are buying the secret to the effect,) we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the merchandise. Items MUST be returned to us before any refunds or replacement items can be shipped. We DO NOT offer prepaid return postage.  Items may be exchanged for a like item or merchandise credit at our discretion.

Items must be returned with all original packaging, instructions and in saleable condition. Returns must be shipped by First Class or Priority Mail. All shipping cost, fees and taxes are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us to find out how to resolve the issue. As stated above, once you receive your package, we cannot issue a refund due to the nature of the product or service. But, we would like to discuss any problems you may have with our products or service. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied.

Store Inventory: We try hard to maintain stock for every item we sell, but on occasion some items may sell out or not be available from our vendors
