Instructions: Insert the socket screw into the appropriate hole of the winder section Insert wire through hole on the side of the handle. Leave about 1/2" of the wire protruding from the hole. Hold the end of the wire against the handle so it won't pull through Pull the loose end of the wire around the shaft Slide the winder section over the shaft with the pin facing toward the handle Turn the winder section so that it catches the wire and starts wrapping it around the shaft. Keep light pressure against handle while winding. Excessive pressure will force smaller gauge wire to wrap over itself When finished, remove winder and straighten the wire end that protrudes from the hole in the handle Push up on the wire to slide coil up. Shipping and postage:
Choose shipping option at check out. Royal mail orders are dispatched same working day before 4pm with Royal Mail 1st Class. Delivery is usually 1-3 working days, but are not considered delayed until 7 working days. Vaporizers ordered before 4:00PM are dispatched same working day for next working day delivery. The package is sent tracked. Please note that Next Day does not include delivery on Sat/Sun or Bank Holidays. Free Next Day Delivery includes mainland UK only. Additional charges will apply to UK islands, Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland, and rural areas where the courier may charge additional fees. You will be notified of additional fees prior to dispatch, and charges cannot be made on your credit card until you approve. Seller is not responsible for postal delays, but will work with you to track parcels.
We send packages to the address listed on your payment address. Please email us if you wish it to be mailed to an alternative address. Due to an increase in fraud you MUST have alternative addresses approved prior to shipping. This may delay next day delivery. If we suspect fraudulent use of payment we will cancel purchase without warning. Fraudulent payment will be turned into authorities as we have zero tolerance for fraudulent behaviour.
Your package will be in a discrete plain cardboard box, for your privacy.
We post International orders daily. International orders are not included in Free Next Day Delivery. All international orders need to have postal insurance. No returns for International orders, you will be provided with contact information for the manufacture. All international returns for faulty items will need to be managed through the manufacture and the warranty policy. International orders are posted with Parcel Force or Royal Mail. Some additional charges may apply for Islands or very rural areas. Additional postage costs will be discussed with you before package is shipped.

Returns:
If you no longer need the item or is not to your liking, then the unopened item can be returned within 14 days. Recipient will need to pay return postage. Buyer MUST notify seller if an item is being returned prior to buyer posting item back. Seller must agree to return. Item MUST be returned in original packaging and in resell able condition. If buyer receives item back and it is not in these conditions then buyer will not receive refund and item will be posted back to buyer. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on returns. Original postage will not be refunded. If item is purchased with free postage, buyer will not be refunded £5.99 to cover original costs. Buyer will not be refunded return postage.
If item is broken or faulty please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Buyer will need to notify seller of return prior to posting item back. Seller will need to agree to return. We will contact the manufacturer with any questions and send a replacement item as needed. Buyer will need to pay return postage, but we will cover the postage for outgoing item. If item is found faulty after 7 days then buyer will need to contact manufacturer for warranty.
