Items should be sent back in the condition in which they were received. All tags and original packaging must still be intact. Refunds will be given once the item has been received back, please send your item by a track-able method, as we cannot refund on goods not received.            

Please include your user ID and Item number in with your return, for a fast refund. Return postage costs for items will not be refundable.
