Instructions:
1. Peel of the adhesive backing.
2. Place on the enclosed area behind the heel or any desired place.
3. Press it down to ensure it sticks in the desired position.
4. Once it is stuck in place it can be removed but the stickiness will be diminished significantly after the first use.
