We Accept Paypal Only. If your PayPal account fails to provide us with a confirmed address or if it is an unverified account, we may not accept your payment. Paypal e-check Payment will take 3~7 business days for the fund to be cleared by the bank. Item will not be shipped until payment cleared. SHIPPING
All in stock item will be shipped out within 1 business day, no shipping during weekend and holidays. Shipping address must be paypal confirmed address. No edit to shipping address after payment. If shipping address is wrong during checkout, please request for order cancellation and check out again. Tailing time for custom made dress or special order dress are 25~35 days. You will received the items in 30~40 days.
TERMS OF SALE
You must request a return authorization from us within 7 days after receiving your order. Buyer are responsble for the return shipping cost. 100% refund for return on in-stock orders. 15% restocking fee for items with more than 20 days tailor timing with reguar sizes. No refund for custom tailored items. All items must be returned in the original condition as received. All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If any final sale item is returned without prior authorization it will not be accepted and no credit of any kind will be issued.
