UK delivery is via Royal Mail on a 2-3 day delivery service. International deliveries are also via Royal Mail, however delivery times are subject to your own delivery service.
Orders received before 3pm Monday- Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be shipped the same day .
In the event you would like to return an item please return to the address given on the invoice.
You must ensure a returns note is enclosed (so we can identify where the parcel has come from) which gives your name, address, reason for return & telephone number.
Returns must be done within 14 days of receiving the item. The buyer is required to pay for the returns unless agreed with us in advance. Standard postage service must be used.
We accept Paypal, Bacs Transfer, Credit/Debit cards and Cheques.
Please note if you are paying by Cheque, the Cheque must clear before the good(s) are dispatched. message will be made with you when the Cheque has cleared and when the goods have been dispatched.
