If your looking at my feedback you will see negatives and neutrals. Ebay feedback is all opinionated according to eBay. What most buyers don't realize is how many dishonest buyers there are on eBay. A lot of my negative feedbacks are from those dishonest buyers and scammers that are on eBay. Some of these buyers have bought numerous items and get MAD about one item, demand a refund, then leave me negative for every transaction. Then you have the buyers out there that are just never happy with anything and always have something bad to say.
As a buyer and a seller on eBay, knowing that the feedback system is nothing but a review board and some people are just never happy and there are scammers out the, I personally don't pay attention to feedback if you have a rating over 300 or so. I might click on it just to take a look but I don't make my decision to buy anything based on feedback. Don't base your buys on somebody's feedback no matter if it's my store or somebody elses store. Every store out there including bigger stores will have some kind of negative reviews at some point. If a buyer was to base their buys off of reviews then you would never buy anything anywhere because every store has negatives and neutrals.
Buyers are not forced to leave any feedback as well. I have over 20,000 items sold. My feedback is not even half of that. If there was problems with any of those transaction I'm sure people would of left me negative. So the way I look at it is I have another 10,000 positives. So when ever you buy from another seller knowing only about 50% of buyers leaves a Feedback, most likely that seller has in reality two times positive feedback then what their feedback shows. In my case I should have well over 20,000 positive.
If there is a problem with your item we WILL resolve it. If you have any questions we WILL answer them. I am one of the most honest sellers on eBay. I don't keep you waiting for your item your item is shipped the next day I answer every question within a day and if you don't like something return it. I can't control if the post office is slow though
