- Under no circumstances does this 2-Year-Warranty include the cost of shipping to and from our premises. Such costs, if any, shall be borne by the original owner. We reserve the right to repair or replace the bicycle frame if we determined the frame is defective and subject to this warranty.
LIMITED WARRANTY ON BICYCLE COMPONENTS
- Components shall be covered by the stated warranty of the original manufacturer. Any products not specifically included above are hereby omitted.
NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY
-Paint and decals
- Suspension attachment points, suspension related equipment (pivot points, bushings, shock units, front suspension forks, chain stays and seat stays, fasteners, shock links)
CONDITIONS
- Only NEW products are covered by this warranty
- This warranty is made only to the original owner of a BULLS bicycle purchased from eBay, and it shall remain in force only as long as the original owner retains ownership of the BULLS bicycle. This limited warranty is not transferable.
- This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components. This Limited Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, nor to defects, improper assembling, failure to perform maintenance, non-genuine BULLS products, bicycles not purchased from us, malfunctions or failures that result from the abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, alteration, corrosion, modification, accident, or misuse (including without limitation bicycle racing, bicycle motocross, stunt bicycling, naked cycling, commercial use or rental use) of the BULLS bicycle.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (no exceptions).
- Merchandise can be returned within 14 days. The returned should come unused and in its original packaging, which includes any box and/or tags that the product came with. Upon the return of the merchandise, we will examine the condition of the returned merchandise. If it is in new condition, a full refund will be received (less shipping cost). If it is scratched or damaged, a partial refund will be received based on the market value of the returned bike or gear (less shipping cost).
