Australia Post provided FULL tracking information. If you have not received parcel with in a reasonable time and are concerned PHONE Aust Post 13 13 18 quote your tracking number and they will provide full details of article location.

We are prepared to help at all stages of purchase to keep you satisfied and prefer you talk to us to resolve any problems, but please be aware that once I post the parcel it is up to Australia Post to deliver it. It is out of our control as to the time and method they use to deliver it to you.

I will email to you thou the Ebay system the day I post and your tracking Registered Postal number for YOUR records if you wish to track an article.

Registered Post is required to provide you with insurance and provide us with proof of delivery. Registered post provides up to $100 to cover loss or damage through postage claimable by customer from Australia Post. This insurance only covers the sale price of article and does not include cost of postage.

You must sign for parcel on day of delivery, if you are not at home an Aust Post RED card will be left for you advising you of location of Post Office where parcel is available for your collection. They won't attempt to deliver it again to your house you MUST collect it yourself

We use eparcel express and is FULLY traceable online, this item requires a signature on delivery.

Express postage has no insurance or compensation by Aust Post offered for lost or damaged items but is fast.

COMBINED POSTAGE:
We normally combine postage for additional items in same packet.

Terms of Sale

We realize that on line buying is harder as you cant see the item personally but we provide as much detail as possible and try to provide the same proffesional standard that would be displayed in a retail outlet.

No refunds accepted at this stage due to change of mind / you haven't read description correctly /you haven't collect parcel from Aust Post Office and it is returned to us.

Please keep in mind we put HOURS of work into creating, photographing and listing items for sale and have been doing this for 10 years now it is not our intention to deceive or rip people off, we want to have fun running our business as well.

NEW BUYERS : Please READ the description and check photographs, and ASK questions before purchase this prevents disappointment or confusion if item is not what you imagined.

Sorry under no circumstances will we refund postage paid by you on a item you have received. This money has been paid to Aust Post for their service and is not refundable by them or us.

All items are clearly described and photographed.

RETURNS

If item is faulty or wrong item mailed to you it is to be returned to us we will send the correct item will be sent at our expense
Refunds authorized by us are to be sent WITHIN 7 DAYS of you receiving it.

After 7 days we consider by this time you want to keep it or are happy with item and wont accept items back. Some have tried 4 -5 week after sale and still expect refunds, we view this as an abuse of the system.

UNPAID ITEMS

Once auction is over sale is considered binding if you don't pay with in the 7 days a unpaid reminder will be sent thou Ebay system.

If not paid for in 14 days a unpaid mark will be left by Ebay on your account this may effect your ability to purchase from other sellers.

Please notify us if you for see a delay in payment so we can allow time to finalize the sale otherwise we will go ahead with ebay's system to recover our costs from ebay and re-list items.

FEEDBACK

We LOVE leaving POSITIVE feedback for our clients, we are very happy to leave it on your site.

Sadly some new people dont understand how to deal with their concerns and leave negative or nasty feedback without speaking to us 1st.
Please follow ebay's advise and speck to us as we can usually resolve most concerns straight away.
Keep in mind that threating and or abusive behavior will result in you being reported to Ebays Trust and Security.
Leaving negative feedback WITHOUT Speaking to us or threating to leave negative feedback to force a refund or compensation for postage can
have your account terminated by Ebay and or your ability to bid blocked.
