All items qualify for free UK delivery with Royal Mail. We use 2nd Class as our default delivery method so items should be delivered within 2-3 working days. We do offer an express, 1 working day delivery service at an additional cost of £7.00 and then £5.00 for each additional item. All items are tracked, and the tracking number will be provided as soon as the order has been despatched.

Europe

For customers located in Europe, we use eBay’s Global Shipping Program to complete your delivery as quickly and safely as possible. This service is limited to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Rest of World

We still use eBay’s Global Shipping Program for customers outside of Europe, but this service may be delayed as items will need to clear customs control before your national postal service can proceed with the delivery. Countries included in this service are as follows; Australia, Canada, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Russia and USA.

Returns Procedure

If you change your mind or you are not satisfied with the product, you can return any item within 30 days of receiving your delivery. Items must be returned to us in their original condition and with complete, undamaged packaging. Please contact us through the eBay messaging service if you would like to return your item(s). Our customer service team will send you the returns address with all the necessary details you need to include in order to return the item. Please note, you will be responsible for the return postage costs and for any damages or loss.

Refunds Procedure

As soon as we receive your item(s) we will inspect them and issue a refund accordingly. We aim to complete your refund within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. During busy periods it may take a bit longer to process your refund, however we will always refund you within 6 working days of receiving the returned item (as per eBay managed returns regulations).

If for some reason you decide you would like to cancel your order, please contact us before 2pm on the day you order to ensure the order is cancelled in time
