BlueBlood Doll is a California based BJD workshop that provides top quality Ball Jointed Doll and accessories like outfits, wigs, shoes and boots to the BJD communities and collectors. All our dolls are sculpted and designed by Medusa of BlueBlood Doll. We do our best to serve our customers.

Shipping Policy & Combined Discount

Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after auction close. If you have questions about combined shipping or rush deliveries please contact us BEFORE you place your order. Once your order is placed, processing will begin and in most cases we will not be able to modify or add to your order.

International shipping discount for purchase multiple items.

US Domestic Shipping

Will ship by USPS first class mail with tracking.

International Shipping

Will ship by USPS first class mail international (some countries without tracking).

International order (including Canada) will ship via USPS First Class Mail International (no insurance offered unless requested). Please contact us for insurance price in case you need it.

*Insurance is not available in some countries.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

*If you want to ship your item by USPS priority mail, please require us the shipping fee at first.

Delivery time

US Domestic – around 3- 5 business days to arrive.

Canada – around 10-18 business days to arrive.

Other countries outside US - usually take around 15-35 business days to arrive. But if the parcel was delayed by the import customs, the delivery time will be take longer. If you have not receive the package over 35 business days, please leave a message for us, we will follow your case immediately.

Russia – at least 45 days. Due to very strict inspection with Russian Customs, the normally delivery time ship by via first class mail might take longer at least 45 days or more to arrive. Sometime will take more than 2 months, please contact us if you do not receive your package over 65 days.

Payment Terms

All Fixed Price/Buy It Now listings will require immediate payment via Paypal. To receive a COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNT, please use Ebay's shopping cart feature to checkout multiple items with one payment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please contact us within 14 days after receiving the item for exchange or money back.

Refunds will be accepted only for misrepresented merchandise (i.e. not as described and confirmed by seller), damaged merchandise (upon approval by seller) or incorrect merchandise (i.e. wrong size or different item). Returns not meeting this criteria will require shipping costs in both directions be payed by the customer.

In order for merchandise to be eligible for return or exchange, it must meet the following criteria:

• Item must remain in new condition.
• Item must be delivered to our store within 30 days of purchase
• Merchandise containing animal hair, smoke fumes, or unreported damage will not be accepted

Please contact us prior to sending any returns to verify availability of exchanges or refund eligibility. A copy of your Ebay transaction and any notes should be included.
