A NOTE ON FEEDBACK 

It is my personal policy to leave feedback as soon as we receive payment ..... because I feel that at this point, you have completed your end of the auction.

All I ask from any of our buyers is that if your not happy with anything we've sold or shipped to you .... please contact us.

I would also appreciate, that you the buyer, would leave me feedback when you receive the item. This way I know you have received it and everything is OK.

COMMUNICATION

It is very important to me that I let my buyers know that their payment was received and when their item will ship.

I also buy items on eBay, and nothing is more aggravating then waiting on getting a confirmation e-mail that the seller has received my payment and will be shipping.

I try to respond to all my auctions within hours or less (with very few exceptions). Fast payment from a buyer usually means fast shipping from me.

RE-STOCKING FEE

Just in case you haven't noticed, I charge a 20% restocking fee on this item. The reason why? Even though I ship most of my items for free, doesn't mean shipping to you is free, I still have to pay shipping / insurance expenses as well as material costs, ie boxes, packing tape. 

So to save us both time and money, please make sure you want the item before purchasing. I am happy to answer any questions you have before purchasing.

SHIPPING

I will gladly combine shipping if you buy more then one of my items.

Wining bidder is responsible for all shipping and/or custom charges, you will be charged actual shipping costs.

When I ship, I charge exact shipping costs (rounded up to the next dollar), but this does not cover other shipping expenses, i.e. packing, boxes. So a small / modest handling fee will apply to my larger items. If you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail me.

If nothing has to be bought, there will be no handling charge.

I ship USPS Priority Mail, UPS and Fed-Ex to ship and will choose the cheaper of the three (unless you request a carrier, or the item is to large for USPS).

Please keep in mind, that the eBay shipping calculator is an approximate shipping fee.

I would prefer to send you invoice of the total before you pay. This way the weight and size of the package is complete and I can give you an exact total.

If possible, please include your telephone number with payment or update your eBay profile to include your telephone number. I am not calling you, but both USPS and Fed-Ex have options for it and could make contacting you easier if a problem arises during shipping.

I use USPS Priority Mail since this is the most affordable option, unfortunately shipping overseas is not inexpensive, especially for the size & weight of some of the items I am selling.

Also, please include your TELEPHONE NUMBER with payment, it is needed for shipping purposes.
