In the unfortunate event of fish that arrive dead, please contact us
immediately and return the deceased
fish in a jiffy bag to the address provided, once confirmed you will be offered
a refund or a replacement. Photographic evidence can also be accepted
SHIPPING/COLLECTION
Local pickup from our fish rooms is always preferred, collection from Riverpark Aquatics, Unit 31 Riverpark Ind Estate, Bridge Street, Linwood, Renfrewshire, PA33DW. Collection by appointment (call 07414202103 to arrange)
Postage costs £15.00 either by
Royal Mail next day service or APC next day. We only post Monday – Thursday,
delivery day to be confirmed with buyer.
We can combine shipping costs for other fish as well. When using a 24 hour
courier you can purchase as many fish as you wish with no extra delivery charge
other than the initial payment you make for postage. If buying more than one item please wait for
invoice before payment is made.
Some areas may not be covered by next day delivery or may incur a higher shipping cost (some highlands & islands) please feel free to contact us for confirmation of shipping costs
Please note that while we always endeavour to maintain our low costs, on rare occasions item package weight may rise above the standard £15 postage cost due to quantity/size of orders. In these circumstances we will message you directly to discuss any surplus postal charges before proceeding.
