Debugging method:
Zero adjustment
1: Voltage regulator First the system is unloaded, the regulated voltage zero potentiometer (bottom left) to adjust the zero point. The output terminal voltage measured with a multimeter, let indication as close to zero indication. Zero change does not change when changing magnification.
2: The current adjustment in 1: on the basis of the voltage regulator, adjusting the current zero potentiometer (bottom right), the current block with a multimeter to measure the output terminal of the current Iout, try to let close to 4mA.
Gain adjustment
1: Voltage full-scale adjustment to the system load a certain weight value (Recommended range: 80% ~ 100% FS), calculate the output voltage value according to the load weight and maximum load ratio between the monitor output with a digital multimeter, voltage full rotation potentiometers (top left) Adjust the amplifier gain.
2: Current full-scale adjustment on the basis of full-scale voltage regulator on the full-scale current adjustment potentiometer (top right), the current block with a multimeter to measure the output terminal of the current Iout, try to let close to 20mA. .
Review
The system is unloaded, measuring the work output; load a certain weight value, measuring the output voltage is in line with expectations of magnification. If you do not match, adjust again.
