This is a rare vintage Korean fountain pen set, marked Apis 3000A.  It was manufactured by Kook Jearis Industrial Co. In addition to the fountain pen, there is a ballpoint and pencil.  The ballpoint no doubt needs a refill.  These look as though they are made of steel in a cross-hatch raised pattern.  They somewhat resemble the Parker 75. The nib is a fine. Box and pen are worn and show aging but the pens are in mint condition.
