Cozy Ears Pink Cat Click & Heat Ear Muffs

A fantastic innovation, these cosy ears pink cat ear muffs are no ordinary ear warmers! 
 
The knitted outer has a soft and plush furry inner fabric with hidden pockets containing a reusable click to heat gel pad tucked inside, but can be easily removed so the ear muffs may be worn without heating.
 
The muffs are decorated with an embroidered cat and pretty heart pattern with matching head band which is adjustable too, so each muff will fit snugly against your ear to keep out those chilly winter winds.
 
To make the pink cat heatable ear muffs extra snuggly warm, simply activate the two gel pads and place them into the pockets on each side of the ear muff.
 
To activate: Remove each gel pad from the ear muff pockets; hold the metal disc inside heat gel pad between your thumb and forefinger and bend it gently until it clicks. The solution will crystallize and release its heat. Replace the heat gel pads back inside the ear muff pockets, making sure they are secure and completely covered, then simply place over your ears to keep them warm. The heat gel pads will stay warm for about 30 to 35 minutes.
 
To Reactivate: You can reactivate the gel pack when cold and hard by placing in a pan of boiling water and simmer for approximately 10 - 15 minutes or until the crystals disappear.
Allow the water to cool before removing; once it has cooled it's ready to use again.

CAUTION: 

Do not allow the heat gel pads to be used directly against the sensitive skin of ears.
Not suitable for children under 36 months of age.

Our standard UK service is Royal Mail 1st Class (24) with an expected delivery schedule of 3-5 working days (please refer to Royal Mails website for more information)
 
If required we can send your items under an insured service - either Recorded or Next Day - both of which carry an additional charge, which is shown in the postage section at the top of the listing.
 
Overseas shipping is quite expensive because of the weight of the goods, and is charged at the same rate as our cost. We apologise if this makes certain items prohibitive to buy from abroad.
 
All goods are sent securely, in plain packaging and will display an associated company returns address label.

Returns & Refunds
 
We hope that you will be very pleased with your purchase. If however, you are not satisfied you may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We may withdraw the offer of a refund or exchange if goods are sent back in an un-saleable condition. We will not issue a refund against an item that has been used or tampered with or is returned to us in any condition that makes it unfit for resale.
 
We regret that no refund is available in the case of used items that do not meet your expectations of performance or you do not like the scent of.
 
We are more than happy to exchange items if you have changed your mind, however, a re-postage fee may be charged to send alternative products.
 
We'll pay return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Claims Policy
 
Although we make every effort to ensure your goods reach you quickly and in perfect condition, please be aware that if you do not receive your goods in the estimated time, unless recorded or next day delivery service has been selected, we cannot claim compensation on your behalf until 15 working days after posting - this is in line with Royal Mail guidelines for expected delivery schedules.
 
Any claims for undelivered goods will be investigated with the courier and you may be required to sign a self declaration form before we can re-send or refund your order.
 
Claims for faulty or damaged goods must be notified to us within 3 days from receipt of your item and returned to us for inspection before we can send a replacement, therefore it is important that you check the contents of your parcel as soon as it is received.
 
All of our stock is sourced from reputable manufacturers and suppliers and each item has been tested and passed by the relevant governing body - therefore we do not accept claims for goods that you have used and do not like the smell or feel of, or if they do not live up to realistic expectations of performance.
