Lost items case cannot be filed for 15 day after the postage for UK and 30 day after the postage for international. If Item is held at your local sorting office, please arrange with royal mail for redelivery or collection. if item returned back to us we charge to resend or refund less our Direct cost. Problem with the order inform us with-in 24 hrs, Via eBay Messaging. You order the wrong item, Not a problem, Don't open it send it back we will swap it for you. Cost adjustment may apply. Buyer pays the return postage cost. It is buyer?s responsibility to check all the details before buying. If unsure please talk to us first. Let us know by (eBay Messaging) so that we expect the item back. We are not responsible if your return item is lost in the post or we will not refund until we get our item back.
