Description:  This Vintage Advertising Blotter for "Rossi, Flood & Rossi, Inc. Insurance" has Tiny Tots theme (38 BC 818). The blotter has an adorable little fisherman on it.  The blotter says "Gone are all the days when my heart was young and gay, Gone are the days when in bare feet I did stray, On Sunday, to the brook to sin, By fishing with an old bent pin- A little barefoot fisherman." The artist is J. Scott. Copyright The T.D.M. Co., Red Oak, Iowa. Blotter is unused. 

Measures 5-3/4" W x 3-1/2" H.

 Condition: Corners and edges are sharp. Excellent condition.
