This is a Prestolite NOS Genuine distributor.   Prestolite #IBM-7025S (44-916).  Should be the same as IBM-7025.  These are for V8 marine engines.
Also has #E5JL12100EB stamped on the plate.
Conforms to SAE-J1171.
