We've put the best features of the most expensive desktop thermal binding machines into our own TB 500 and have priced it to be a great value. This is a rugged heavy duty, all metal machine that can bind the largest 2'' thick reports or adjust to put just the right pressure on a 5 page report.

There are three time settings so you can pick a fast cycle for a small bindings or a long cycle for a large hard-bound book or multiple small books. The sliding right angle closure is the best way to apply enough pressure to keep your thermal covers positioned straight up so that the spine rests squarely on the heating platform, but not so much pressure that it keeps the pages from dropping down into the melted glue. The two year warranty is twice that offered by most other manufacturers.

Warm Up Time ------- 3 minutes (buzzer and light comes on)
CycleTtimes ----------- Selectable 60, 120 and 180 seconds
Operation -------------- Machine automatically senses when
documents are inserted.
Buzzer indicates when finished.
Capacity ---------------- 50mm+ (over 2")
Warranty --------------- 2 Years. Quickly replaced by Thermobind, Inc. ( No 3rd parties to contact)
Cooling Rack --------- Built in.

If you also need to order thermal binding covers:

We have an inventory of over 500,000 thermal covers.  We also offer a wide range of custom printed and foil stamped thermal covers, hard covers, and photobooks.

The Thermobind TB 500 machine is compatible with thermal covers from most manufacturers including, Unibind, ThermoBind, Bindit, GBC, Fellowes, Ibico, Coverbind, and many others.

Shipping is via UPS, actual costs with no "handling charges".

Other companies sell their thermal covers for over $1 each. We are a direct importer, and sell our thermal covers for about 1/2 that, so this is a good opportunity to get into making attractive presentations at a very favorable price.
