Our items will be dispatched by My Hermes and should arrive within 3 - 5 working days.
My Hermes will make 3 attempts to deliver the item. In some circumstances they will leave the parcel with a neighbour.
If you require a signature for additional peace of mind this is an extra £1.
We reserve the right to send some parcels out by Royal Mail 2nd class in certain circumstances.
Europe
We offer two services into Europe:
- Royal Mail International Standard - no tracking available
- Royal Mail International Tracked (we recommend this option)
The estimated delivery time is 5 - 7 working days.
We reserve the right to use alternative couriers if necessary.

Returns
If you have any questions or queries please get in touch before opening a case with eBay. We will do all we can to resolve an issue as quickly as possible.
If an item arrives damage we do need to be notified within 48 hours of receiving it, along with photos of the damage.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please return the item within 30 days.
We will make a full refund within 3 working days after the item has been returned.
When returning an item we strongly advise to retain proof of postage. Due to legalities (we hate red tape), if your item is lost when returning to us it is your responsibility to claim compensation from the delivery service (they won't let us claim it as we did not send it).
