The company is committed to identify and source all timber/wood used as an important input to its business whether for re-sale, own consumption, or in the manufacturer of its FSC/PEFC labelled products, taking all reasonable measures to ensure that non-certified materials shall not be used/purchased by the company.

Attention: Small changes/alterations are at the discretion of the management due to possible disruptions of some goods supplied to us but this will in no way effect the quality and the general appearance of the product. IF ORDERED ON A FRIDAY (ONLY WHEN LISTED AS A "FAST & FREE") IT WILL ARRIVE ON THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY. Please advise us within a 24hr period before we start the build of your chosen Platerack to allow for a refund (subject to 28% re-stocking on late cancellations and Returns only). ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNUSED AND MUST BE FULLY PACKAGED IN EXISTING PACKAGING WHERE APLICABLE. ANY DAMAMED ITEMS BEING RETURNED MUST BE NOTIFIED ASAP BEFORE SHIPPING THE GOODS IN ORDER FOR US TO PROCESS A FULL REFUND.
