The pendant has an empty chamber that is designed to hold the ashes of your beloved pet or Loved one upon his or her passing. You can also use your own necklace, bracelet or key chain. I have several other cremation pendants available in my store if you would like to check them out, too. Some people like to use these pendants on bracelets or key rings as an alternative to making a necklace with them.
This is one of my averaged sized cremation pendants. It measures about 1-3/8 inches tall from the tip of the loop that holds the necklace to the bottom. The width is about 1 inch. This pendant is designed to hold ashes. I have a several smaller pendants in my store if you would prefer something more delicate and feminine, as well as a number of heart-shaped ones, and more. The pendant can be filled using a tiny funnel. First, unscrew the screw cap on the bottom of the pendant. Place the tip of the funnel into the hole of the chamber. Add a small bit of ashes to the funnel, and carefully tap the funnel until the chamber is filled. Be sure to screw the screw cap back on tightly. Then, the pendant can be worn next to your heart at all times.
The jewelry is made from 316L stainless steel, which is the same material used in many fine watches. It is hypoallergenic, comfortable and durable. The bottom of the pendant screws on allowing you to secure its contents. Stainless steel is extremely durable and can be worn even during bathing.
Buyers will receive one pendant sealed in a tiny plastic zip-loc bag, 1 velvet bag and 1 funnel, which will be mailed in a small padded mailing envelope. Items are mailed through the United States Postal Service.

Returns: We will accept returns for the item if it is returned within 14 days in the same condition as it was sent. The buyer, under most circumstances, is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Some items are not returnable due to health and sanitation issues. If used or even opened, they are not eligible for refunds. If this applies to the item you purchased, it will have been noted in the listing. Contact us to advise why you would like to return the item. We will respond with complete instructions, including an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that must be noted on the returned package. All returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
