Postage-
Shipping fees quoted (including free, but excluding items we send by letter) apply only to Capital City Metro areas with Australia (except Perth and Tasmania). Capital city delivery areas are defined by our courier service. If you think you live outside of these areas, please contact us for a freight quotation. If you purchase and we find you are outside of these areas, then we will contact you to discuss. Unless the item is sent by us as a letter, we do not send to PO BOX, Parcel Locker, Parcel Collect, c/o Post office for the price of our standard shipping fees. Please provide a street address for a home of office for delivery. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information or to discuss.
Shipment is within Australia.
Items are generally dispatched within 1 working day after payment is cleared.
Buyers will also be able to trace deliveries online with a unique tracking number. While we endeavour to send all our items with tracking numbers, there may be a few smaller items that are not sent with a tracking number.
Buyers have full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on the checkout page before payment is made.
Re-delivery fee may be charged to buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful deliveries.
Items will only be delivered during normal working hours (9am to 5pm on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.
If you are located in Victoria like us, the standard shipping fee may apply for parcels. Please contact us so i can let you know.
Items sent by letter can be sent to PO Box, Parcel Locker and c/o Post Office, Parcel Collect.
Returns
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the goods being shipped. After 30 days your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of shipment errors or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Products may be returned /exchanged provided that the item(s) are returned in original sellable condition, subject to the discretion of Imnaturalme. All returns/exchanges will be refunded less the shipping cost. If the item was sent free shipping then the refund amount will be reduced the by original shipping/handling fee incurred by Imnaturalme which should be less than 30% of the purchase price of the item. Further, all returns or exchanges will incur a restocking fee of 20% .
