The Actesso Sports Wrist and Hand Support is the ideal support for sports use and in the healing of the wrist from sprains or strains.

How does it work?

This Wrist Support provides support whilst allowing the natural movement of the wrist, enabling you to carry out your daily or sporting activities with ease. This Wrist Support also helps to alleviate pain caused by sprains or strains by applying gentle compression to the whole wrist region. The wrap around strap can be adjusted according to the level of support that you need.

Measure the circumference of the wrist in centimetres (see above picture), and use the following as a guide to getting the correct size:

Small - 13-15

Medium - 15-17

Large - 17-20

Q. How can I pay for my order?

A. Orders placed on ebay have payments go through PayPal, as this secure and fast.

Q. I do not have a PayPal account, can I still order online?

A. Yes, if you go through the payment process, you will see the option to 'Pay with a debit or credit card'. Just enter your payment details as usual, and your payment will be processed through PayPal without the need for a PayPal account

Delivery

Q. How long will my order take to be delivered?

A. We dispatch most orders the same day if placed before 3pm Mon-Fri. Most UK orders are therefore received within 1-3 days, althoughoccasionally can take longer. International orders can take between 3-7working days.

Q. I have not received my order yet, has it been dispatched?

A. Please allow 7 working days after dispatch before contacting us. You will receive an email from PayPal when your order has been dispatched, and should receive your order shortly after. If you still have not received your order after 7 working days, please contact us.

Q. Can I collect my order?

A. Yes, please feel free to pop into our offices if you wish to collect your order or if you simply wish to see any of our products.

Returns/Exchanges

Q. I would like to return my item for a refund. How can I do this?

A. Please send your unused item to the returns address below, and we will issue your refund as soon as possible. Actesso Medical Supports cannot cover the return postage cost unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been received. All items returned to Actesso must be in a new and unused condition, and be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.

Q. Can I exchange my item for a different size?

A. Yes, we understand that ordering online can make it difficultto get the correct size, and so we are happy to exchange any item whichis returned to us within 30 days of purchase, and in a new and unused condition. Please send your item to the returns address below, includingdetails of which item you would like to exchange it for, and we will dispatch your exchange as soon as possible.
