PROTECT/P/SCHUTZFILTER
Neutrale Filter, die die wertvolle Frontlinse Ihres
Objektives vor Staub, Regen, Beschädigungen schützt.

from mechanical damage and dirt as dust, rain or scratches.
UV FILTER
Wie PROTECT/P/SCHUTZFILTER, und zusätzlich Verbesserung
der Fernsicht durch Zurückhaltung der UV-Strahlung.
As PROTECT/P/SCHUTZFILTER, and additionally better
contrast on larger distances through elimination of UV
radiation.
SKY/SKYLIGHTFILTER
Wie PROTECT/P/SCHUTZFILTER, und zusätzlich angenehmere
Hauttöne und Lansdschaftsfarbtöne, 1A leicht, 1B etwas stärker.,
As PROTECT/P/SCHUTZFILTER, and additionally more
pleasant skin colours and warmer landscape colours, 1A type weak and 1B
type a little stronger
POLFILTER/POLARISATIONSFILTER/POLARIZER/POLARIZING
FILTER
Nimmt Spieglungen aus nicht-metallischen Oberflächen und
gibt schöne Farben, zum Bauspiel sattes Himmelsblau und schönes blau
oder grünblau bei Meeresfotos etc.. Beste Wirkung bei Sonnenschein und
90°-Stellung zum Motiv. Wirkungsgrad durch Drehen einstellbar und im
Kamerasucher sichtbar. Je nach Kamera benötigen Sie Zirkular oder es
tut der preislich niedrigere Linear-Typ.
Takes reflections out of non-metallic surfaces and gives
you much more beautiful colours, for instance real blue in the sky and
green or blue in the water and so on. Strongest effect at sunlight and
in 90° position to your photographic subject. The effect can be
graduated by turning the filter mount and it can be controlled in your
camera’s finder.
Depending on your camera model you might need circular type or can use
the cheaper linear type.
GELB/YELLOW
Erhöhter Kontrast und Sättigung bei

ORANGE
Wie GELB/YELLOW aber starker
As GELB/YELLOW but stronger
ROT/RED
Wie GELB/YELLOW aber am Stärksten. Zum Beispiel für
dramatische Lichtstimmung wie fast schwarzer Himmel bei weißen Wolken.

dramatic effects as almost black sky with pure white clouds.
GRÜN/GREEN
Angenehmere Hauttöne und angenehmere
Landschafts-Grün-Wiedergabe bei Schwarzweiss-Fotografie.

KORREKTUR ROT/COMPENSATION RED
Sind z.B. bezeichnet mit KR (ab KR-3 bis KR-15). Nehmen bei Aufnahmen auf analogem Film Blaustich heraus, z.B. im Schnee, bei Mittagssonne am Meer, etc., oder sorgen für wärmere Bildstimmung. Bei digitalen Aufnahmen soregn Sie für wärmere Bildstimmung bis hin zu starkem Rotstich. Je höher die Zahl desto stärker der Filter. Are for instance engraved with KR (from KR-3 to KR-15). On analog film they compensate too blue light, as for instance with snow or at the seaside at noon time. In digital photography they give you warmer colours up to extremely red pictures. The higher the number the stronger the effect.
KORREKTUR BLAU/COMPENSATION BLUE
Sind z. B. bezeichnet mit KB (ab KB-3 bis KB-15). Nehmen bei Aufnahmen auf analogem Film Rotstich heraus, z.B. bei Morgen-/Abendsonne, im Zimmer bei Glühlaampenbeleuchtung oder Kerzenlicht etc. oder sorgen für kühlere Bildstimmung. Bei digitalen Aufnahmen sorgen sie für kältere Bildstimmung bis hin zu extremem Blaustich. Are for instance engraved with KB (KB-3 to KB-15). On analog film they compensate too red light, as for instance in rooms with bulb light, candle light; outside in morning/evening sun and so on. In digital photography they give you cooler colours up to extremely blue pictures.
FL-FILTER (FLD/FLW)
FL-Filter korrigieren je nach Typ den Farbstich von Leuchtstoffröhren und Neonlicht. Depending on the type used, FL filters compensate the unpleasing colours of neon light or fluorescent lamp.
ND/GRAU/GREY/NEUTRAL DENSITY FILTER
Nehmen Licht weg, so dass auch bei hellem Licht längere Belichtungszeiten möglich sind Take away light, so that longer exposure times are possible even when light is bright.
WEICHZEICHNER/SOFT IMAGE
Bezeichnet mit z.B. Weichzeicher, Duto, Softar, Soft, Imagon (Imagon sind meist ganze Spezialobjektive) etc.. Die Modelle mit konzentrischen Ringen sind einfachere Qualität, die Modelle mit Hammerschlagmuster und Imagon-Typ sind die höherwertigen. Called for instance Soft, Softar, Softener, Duto, Imagon (Imagon mostly complete special lenses) and so on. The types with concentric rings are the more simple type, those with hammertone design and the Imagon type are the higher quality ones.
NAHLINSE/CLOSE-UP LENS
Nahlinsen (z.B. NL, Nahlinse, Elpro, Macrotar, Rolleinar) werden vorne auf Ihr Objektiv geschraubt und lassen Sie näher an Ihr Motiv herankommen, für vergrößerte Abbildung bis hin zu Makro-Aufnahmen. Close-up lenses (for instance NL, Close-up, Elpro, Macrotar, Rolleinar) are screwed into the filter mount of your lens and let you get closer to your subject, for closer views up to real macro photography.
STERN/GITTER/STAR
Machen aus jeder punktförmigen Lichtquelle im Bild einen mehrstrahligen Stern, zum Beispiel bei Nachtaufnahmen oder glitzerndem Meer. Make a multiple ray star (usually 4-8 rays) out of every dot-shaped lit in your picture, for instance at night photography or glistening sea.
PRISMA/PRISMEN/PRISM (Bollywood Style)
Bilden Ihr Motiv mehrfach ab, parallel oder im Kreis, je nach Filter. Show a multiple mage of your subject, either circular or parallel, depending on the filter type.
ANDROMEDA (Bollywood Style)
Bilden Ihr Motiv verzerrt oder anders verfremdet ab, immer mit farbigen Effekten, je nach Filtertyp verschieden. Show your subject blurred or otherwise strange, always with coloured effects, depending on the filter type.
Doppelgänger/Dual Image
Gestatten es bei Mehrfachbelichtung Ihr Motiv 2x sauber abzubilden, entweder horizontal oder vertikal angeordnet; durch Drehen des Filters um 180° nach der ersten Aufnahme. Allow to picture your subject twice if you use multiple exposure mode, in a neutral way, either horizontally or vertically; by turning the filter 180° after the first picture.
INFRAROT/IR/INFRARED
Können sowohl schwarzweiss als auch bei Farbe eingesetzt werden, analog wie digital. Die möglichen Effekte sind vielfältig und auf kurzem Raum nicht beschreibbar, bitte googlen oder in der Fachliteratur nachlesen. Can be used for B&W and colour, both analog and digital. Many possible effects, too complex to describe here, please google or check specialized literature.
DUALFOCUS
Erlauben es gleichzeitig ein ganz nahes und ein ganz entferntes Motivteil gleichzeitig scharf abzubilden. Allow to picture both a very close and a very distant part of your picture sharp on the same picture.
