PAYMENTS:

• Due within 48 hours after close of auction
• Buy it Now is due at completion of sale
• All payments must be paid thru PayPal

CONTINENTAL US SHIPPING :

• I do combine shipping. Contact me if you are purchasing more than one item so that I can provide you with a quote for same and invoice accordingly.
• If you reside in the lower 48 states, I will provide you with a quote for insurance if you are interested in purchasing same. Note: all items over $100 will have Insurance placed on the shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/ALASKA & HAWAII SHIPPING:

• Contact me for a quote prior to payment as there may be a difference in the amount
• Please email me at close of auction/buy it now - to have me calculate the international shipping cost - please wait for invoice before paying for item(s) as there may be an additional charge for the shipping sent to you in a separate invoice. I don't always take into consideration for insurance costs when an item is lower valued so you may be over paying or underpaying .. so lets do it right the first time .
• We DO NOT ship first class international WE ONLY SHIP PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL !!!!! - as there is no tracking with or insurance with first class - and with small flat rate boxes, we cannot get insurance and Ebay does not provide protection for those shipments.

FREE SHPPING:

• If an item has been listed with "Free Shipping", please note that this is only for the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii - please contact me to see if the free ship applies - otherwise - all others MUST pay a shipping charge.
• No free shipping on any International Orders - Sorry !

RETURNS:

• Must first receive my authorization in order to return any items for a full or partial refund. MUST EMAIL YOUR REQUEST AND REASON FOR RETURN AND AWAIT MY RESPONSE.
• REQUEST for Return must be done within 14 days of receiving the item as by delivery confirmation from the Post Office tracking - Delivered
• ALL SHIPPING, HANDLING AND EXPENSES for returned item(s) INCLUDING INSURANCE are at the EXPENSE/RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER
• Item(s) must be returned in the exact condition they were sold as. Item(s) must either match the picture shown ( unless it is a stock photo used ). There can be no damages of any kind that were not on the item(s) when shipped.
• All items MUST HAVE TRACKING & RMA numbers.
• If item(s) is/are received back from buyer to seller with any damages, replacements, wear or tear, marring or scratching, burns, any markings from crayon, paint, marker, etc, crushed box(s), abuse of any kind, pet odors, stains or hair, smoke or any other offensive odor, OR NOT IN THE CONDITION AS SOLD, a refund will NOT be permitted. Your item(s) will be returned to you and Ebay will be advised of the issue.
• ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED AND RECEIVED BY SELLER, INSPECTED AND APPROVED BY SELLER BEFORE REFUND IS MADE - REFUNDS ARE ONLY DONE THRU PAYPAL AND CAN TAKE 1 - 31 DAYS AFTER SELLER HAS APPROVED REFUND.
• ANY REQUEST FOR A REFUND WHICH IS UNREASONABLE, OR AFTER THE 14 DAYS WILL BE DENIED.
