Shipping

We take great care to pack your item carefully so it reaches you in perfect condition. We ship from our manufacturing facility four days a week (Monday – Thursday). Delivery from dispatch date normally takes 24 hours.

We will ship to the whole of the UK, Ireland and most of Europe. Our listed postage cost is for standard mainland UK addresses only - if you live outside of the UK, or are unsure if you have a standard UK address, please contact us for a quote.

We use an established leading parcel courier to deliver to you but we request that you carefully check your package before accepting delivery. If your package is damaged in any way, please refuse the item and contact us on 01793 854443.



If you prefer, you can collect your item from our manufacturing facility in Royal Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire. Please contact us on 01793 854443 or sales@stainlesssupplies.co.uk to arrange this.

Payment

We can accept payment by credit card, debit card or PayPal. We can also take payment by cash upon collection, if you choose to collect from us.

If you wish to pay by another method (Bank or BACS/CHAPS transfer), please contact us first on 01793 854443.

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns are accepted within 14 days if your product is unwanted as long as you return the item unused and in its original packaging, however you will need to pay your own return postage costs.

We offer a 3 month back to base warranty on this product. If it breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the item for you free of charge. You will be responsible for paying the cost of postage to our depot and arranging collection from our depot.
