About the Artist

William Gilbert Peltier, was born in Missouri in 1934. He always had a love of Photography. Creating his own Darkroom in a bathroom when he was in his teens, everything grew from there. He has dragged his three children all over the U.S. and now he drags his wife all over the world. He Has won several top awards for his photos. In City State and National Competitions. And now he wishes to share them with you, For All to Enjoy!
