Only the ribbon is included, anything else glass insulators, measuring tape etc is not included.

Domestic Bidders: We ship the paid for products within 1 business days of receipt of payment and use the different USPS services as our primary shipping methods. To cut the shipping costs, we will ship First Class, Flat Rate, or even Priority, which is ever cheaper for the customer. For larger products, over 4 pounds we normally ship FedEx. But we will find the cheapest way to ship it you, and let you know.
International Bidders: Sorry, we only ship to the US and Canada. If you reside in Canada, PLEASE contact us before you bid/purchase, so that we can give you an estimate of what the international shipping cost will be. The winning bidder/buyer is also responsible for all the “Duty” and “Custom” fees.
