Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. Before returning any goods to us please contact us by email. Please make sure all goods are returned in their original condition with all the original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. We will not pay for unwanted goods to be returned. Goods can be returned by courier or registered post, or we can arrange for collection (collection fee to be paid by customer).
All products carry a 30-day money back policy (see returns policy above). The product must not have been installed or modified in any way and must be returned in its original packaging complete with any bulbs and any other parts supplied. (See returns policy). We have the right to refuse refunds if they do not meet the above criteria. We only refund the price of the item once it is received by us. The delivery charge will only be refunded in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods received by customer.

We cannot accept responsibility after this period. If only part of the item is damaged we will send out a replacement for the part that is damaged or faulty.
